Jan. 2014 - Dec. 2018In this role, I leveraged my extensive change management expertise to improve the customer experience through the identification and implementation of new strategies, processes, and procedures. One of my greatest achievements during my time here was collaborating with a team of consultants to design several centralized online learning curricula and toolkits to support our Centers of Excellence for Organizational Change and Customer Service Excellence and to provide additional learning opportunities, support, and resources for over 40K staff.
