To encourage departmental growth in sales, profit, brands, suppliers, and new product listings, I develop and put into practice a comprehensive plan. I choose new suppliers and brands based on consumer preferences, market trends, and the growth strategy. I achieve the key financial and service level performance indicators for the department (sales, margin, listings availability and stock cover). I strengthen relationships with suppliers, bargain for favorable margins, improve trading conditions, and keep vendors responsible for SLAs. To analyze the sales for the current season and choose the most effective strategies, I organize best-seller/worst-seller meetings. • Achieved profitable and sustainable departmental growth by purchasing a well-balanced and customer-relevant product selection in accordance with group and divisional strategy.
• Planned and executed post-season analysis by class/sub-class (including KPIs, competition shop, and SWOT) as contribution to creation of group strategy and departmental operating plan.
• Increased market share and maximized profit during current season by determining opportunities.
• Established, inspired, and fostered team to deliver department's operational plan and KPIs using IPM method.
Recognized and analysed market and organizational context, trends, life cycle of product, and include consumer feedback in creation of integrated marketing and communication plan.
