- Control and monitor official merchandise sales division. Responsibilities include, budgeting, sales goals projection, inventory tracking, logistics for vendors, suppliers, and distribution channels. Surpassed tour sales quota of $1.5M on 2014 and 2018. - Experience leading a team of 10 designing and executing marketing plans to increase brand awareness, market reach, geographic and demographic segmentation, and strategic collaborations.
- Community manager of all social media accounts for Ricardo Arjona and Mundo Arjona, keeping track of KPI’s measuring insights on impressions, traffic conversion rate and engagement on a daily basis. - Liaison with press during tour and responsible for sending artist press releases through email platforms such as Mailchimp. - Point of contact between the artist and venues around the world (Latin America, USA, and Europe). - Responsible for arranging Meet & Greets and backstage tours.
- Have participated in at least 250 concerts around the world carrying out all of the above responsibilities.
