Oct. 2005 - Mar. 2023Alpharetta, Georgia · RemoteDigital Signage Program Management Certified a constant stream of technology updates (hardware, CMS versions, firmware, middleware) for operation on the Retail Digital Signage Network (RDSN), including security reviews for each. Migrated the RDSN from traditional player/screen format to System on a Chip (SoC) technology. The new technology vastly simplified the network reducing cost for installation, support and hardware. Over $15 million has been saved to date. Negotiated a managed services agreement for the RDSN. Offline devices reduced from 30% to 5%, content loads from 60% in 24 hours to 95%+ in under 24 hours. Merger and Migration Activities Migrated sales experiences to newly established SalesForce architecture. Created and deployed the Entertainment Store Design technology plan for the Warner Brothers merger. Supervised the $30 million technology roll out for “Advanced TV Sales” to accompany the DirecTV acquisition. Oversaw multiple systems migrations as part of the ongoing merger activities from Cingular Wireless to AT&T Wireless to AT&T. Flagship Stores Led massive technology rollouts for the company’s flagship stores. Each store featured custom architected solutions that required extensive coordination between multiple internal stakeholder teams, technology vendors, and creative studios to achieve the vision for each location. Built the AT&T Audience Measurement and Venue Analytics product. Tested extensive Future of Retail and Self-Service experiences at each location. Delivered extensive high-end signage solutions including video walls, and very large LED boards. Deployed multiple AR and VR experiences to support product sales and entertainment property launches. Consulting / Business Development Partnered with AT&T Business Services to deliver technology solutions for external clients. Created an extensive client engagement process to truly understand the client’s needs.
