Mar. 2019 - Feb. 2021San Francisco Bay AreaBRANDED CONTENT ●Participate in RFP brainstorms, representing the social team in content pitches,developing social first opportunities
●Develop and streamline vetting processes to target high value RFPs with potential for natural social alignment
●Develop and streamline filtering processes to prevent expenditure of social resources on RFPs that are either unlikely to sell through or whose asks would compromise our social voice and tone
●Research new opportunities to maximize platform performance and test and integrate them into the workflow.
●Act as liaison between the Social team and the Sales, Integrated Marketing, Editorial teams to safeguard the voice and S&Ps of Social content throughout the process of ideating, pitching, and developing branded content
●Translate client asks in RFPs into concrete branded deliverables, and communicate or assign those deliverables to the Social team
●Maintain relationships with 2nd and 3rd party contacts and clients and assure projects move forward smoothly to completion
●Develop and produce, or oversee and assure the quality of, social content with a Sales/Integrated Marketing focus
●Oversee platform-specific administration duties to make sure they are properly integrated into the workflow of other teams that require their services
●Track all projects, creating benchmarks and case studies for sales teams
●Proactively support sales, branded and IM teams with social data and any requests that support KPIs of the social team. CORE “SOCIAL FIRST” CONTENT ●Brainstorm content for feeds based on social listening to what’s happening on the internet
●Develop custom content for Instagram stories LIVE EVENT COVERAGE ●Brainstorm and develop “social first” ideas for red carpets, junkets, openings, and fan events
●Travel to events to produce custom short-form videos and/or IG stories to enhance IGN partnerships
●Work with editorial to adapt and optimize their live event coverage for a social audience
