My responsibilities span the entire category of customizable products, encompassing sales channels (E-Comm, Retail, Wholesale) and brands (Ray-Ban, Oakley, SunglassHut, others), from physical products to the OneConfigurator digital platform. Key achievements:
- Driving process improvements for scalability in product launches, market expansions, master data, UX, backend flows, and system integrations, resulting in significant time savings (250 hours) and cost reductions (€1M).
- Led team reorganization to promote cross-brand and cross-channel collaboration, driving synergies and implementing a unified product launch checklist and master data framework.
- Supervised 40 product launches in 2022 (+35% YoY), expanded personalisation services to 10 new countries, and managed over 150 projects (+50% YoY) through agile methodologies and the Notion project management tool.
- Created a new reporting system with Power BI, integrating sales, NPS, G2N, returns, and analytics data, unlocking new business opportunities.
- Streamlined processes with JIRA ticketing, optimizing renders and master data requests.
- Created the first mobile app of the team, leveraging PowerApps, that will allow the assembly lab to save 200 hours per year by providing operators with quality check information and images.
