• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodology and Agile project management skills, advising HR verticals on communication and branding, UI/UX design, process optimization, and regulatory compliance • Develop and implement best practices, working in tandem with line managers to support an engaged and productive remote/hybrid workforce
• Lead learning and development initiatives, co-create people strategies with leadership, and design employee experience programs that promote engagement, inclusion, and growth
• Create compelling data visualizations and storylines to translate business needs into HR solutions, and outline actionable recommendations based on complex information and metrics • Strategically partner with leadership to design firmwide presentations and create business proposals for large-scale HR proposals that align with the vision and direction of the firm
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local compliance requirements; investigating, recommending, implementing, and guiding resolutions with employees and people leaders
