Feb. 2020 - Jan. 2025Houston, Texas, United States• Leadership of the Enterprise Solutions Engineering & Proposal Development Teams (12 FTEs) – Leadership of Architects, Bid Managers, Contract Specialists, and other professionals providing solution design, proposal development, pricing, and implementation strategy for Enterprise clients leveraging internal and partners resources to provide services to users around the globe. Responsibilities also include the creation of pursuit and proposal standards. Team currently supports 16 major accounts and 28 sales VPs and directors.
• Sr. Solutions Executive Role – Personal accountability for oversight of solutions development for a portfolio of top enterprise tech accounts, including IBM, Dell, Kyndryl, and Cisco, one of which is the company’s largest account worldwide. My responsibilities include leadership of multi-vendor proposal teams for major joint-pursuit opportunities with my client partners and the development of solutions and contracts for their projects, typically valued at $500K-$50M+. I also provide guidance to other accounts such as Google, AWS, HP & Verizon.

• 60%+ Win rate on ITO & Managed Services deals with major tech clients (IBM, Dell, Kyndryl, Cisco)
• $100M+ in new business in 2021, with growth of 118% revenue and 221% GP YOY for my portfolio
• $47M+ / 275+ FTE ITO program successfully contracted was largest deal in the quarter for NA
• $250M+ in additional potential revenue in the active pipeline at year end
• Leadership of a joint Kyndryl-Experis bid for a $70M+ project for a US State government
