Mar. 2022 - Jan. 2024RemoteAs part of the Business Development leadership team, primary responsibilities fall into BD operations & strategy development and leading company-wide Marketing initiatives. • Build & manage sales operations, enablement, and foundational process development through CRM implementation & strategy, team and executive reporting, data hygiene, strategic alliance structure, and marketing<>sales support; establish cross-functional collaboration such as PMO resourcing, RACIs, portfolio rationalization, and CMMI requirements; create & monitor sales compensation models, BD budget/P&L, forecasting, and competitive matrices; orchestrate & lead QBRs with curated agendas; OKR/KPI management
• Construct and lead Marketing organization to support Business Development, Proposals, and other organizational branding and GTM motions; launch & manage social media program, SEO/SEM, employee newsletter, and executive reporting; develop sales campaigns, lead generation activities, sales enablement collateral, and event planning & readiness
• Manage product/solution accelerator GTM plans and execution for market readiness, facilitate sales & marketing motions and partner with identified product companies; track & report on sales activities & progress
• Create Customer Success Organization as an emerging program to organization • Lead and/or participate in organizational initiatives such as building a corporate intranet, DEI program, and community engagement programs; participate in CMMI certification task force and corporate culture panels; develop change management solutions as needed
