Developed a research roadmap based on feedback and ideation from multiple channels, resulting in a long list of UX improvements that have improved the product experience. Analyzed 8 different products that use preview images for their campaigns and created a fully nested and structured preview component that can be utilized for any kind of design without detaching the component. This has saved time and effort for designers and ensured consistency across the product. Collaborated with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure that designs meet business goals and user needs. Driven the implementation of design systems and best practices to improve the quality and consistency of designs. Presented design work to stakeholders and users to get feedback and approval.

Sep. 2021 - Aug. 2022Istanbul, TurkeyMy first task after onboarding was to place a new service within the Getir Super app. A short-time car rental product. We needed to release the service in only 4 months with harsh business goals. Our team of 2 researchers and 2 designers conducted user sessions to understand the pain points in the user journey. After analyzing and testing various solutions, we implemented new features at the beginning and end of the user journey. As a result of these improvements, journey completion time decreased by 57% and the conversion rate increased by 46%. I switched to the global team of Getir and worked with people from USA and Europe markets. Collaborated with them to understand the varying behaviors in multiple countries. To answer the need for repeating orders, we introduced the "Buy Again" feature and "Shopping List" features. With these features, repeating purchase behavior is increased by 16% for both single and multiple product purchases. For the USA market, we introduced the "Refer a Friend" promotion. The main goal of the project was to get rid of high acquisition costs. Offering half of that cost to current users resulted in a high number of new users. After the huge success, we improved features with some gamification and challenges.
