Prior to 2018 sale, led public relations for the global talent and technology staffing division of MRINetwork’s former, publicly -traded parent company, CDI Corporation; drove content strategy for client and contractor outreach; and handled sensitive, internal communications with change management team. • Earned national and international media coverage across top-tier and trade media, including Forbes, Fast Company, Wall Street Journal, ENR, CIO, Thomson Reuters, SHRM, USA Today, U.S. News & World Report, and WorkWise.
• Created videos that highlighted national surveys results: Reputation Management Study - Employer Branding; Reputation Management Study – Personal Branding and the Millennial Hiring Trends Study
• Served as the company spokesperson, main media contact and delivered media coaching at regional conferences.
• Designed customized PR strategies for worldwide franchises that positioned each as experts within their respective industry specialties, while also aligning messaging with the wider corporate communications strategy. Included media pitching, press releases, bylined articles and presentation development. • Steered the design of digital content marketing initiatives and partnered with external vendors as needed to develop articles, videos, and graphics that delivered daily social media content for franchise outreach to clients and candidates.
