➤ Standardizing billing processes, contributed to requirements for billing data warehouse, and enabling billing support internally and externally, as well as standardizing pricing operations in coordination with the Controller, CTO, and Sales leadership.
➤ Developing, launching, and owning various other projects related to the Sales processes, optimizing for operational excellence and enabling the business to scale, while working cross-group to develop, launch, and execute pricing strategies.
➤ Collaborating across multiple groups to maximize Sales productivity through efficient processes, analysis, and data driven decision making, as well as producing field empowerment models to maximize Sales effectiveness and velocity.
➤ Successfully managing the Deal Desk strategy, processes, and supporting infrastructure, using data to drive continuous improvement on response time and win rate, while owning a win vs loss review process.
➤ Providing analysis of key sales data by the executive team and other groups who impacted and were affected by the Sales teams, as well as ensuring departments across the organization received actionable feedback, driving continuous improvement to resources which affected Sales.
➤ Effectively project-managing a continuous $1.5MM internal office renovation, including directing the Construction team, Architect, Project Managers, Landlord, Realty Broker, C-Suite, Controller, and Internal stakeholders.
