Sep. 2014 - May. 2024Dubai- Analyze information and data necessary to define and discern cost and policy implications of negotiations, including management proposals, pay scales and wages, benefits, working conditions, and other mitigating circumstances. - Conducting surveys, interviews, and other studies to facilitate research regarding human resource policies, compensation, and other employment issues. - Research and explain laws and legal affairs concerning employment to managers, supervisors, and employees. - Advise and train stake holders in best employee relations practices and strategies for employee grievances. Develop further training as needed. - Represents organization in contract negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee. - Liaise with legal counsel and departments in the preparation for and participation in negotiation with employees or legal entities. - Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders. - Performs other related duties as assigned. - Manage Organizational Development processes including organograms, position and budget management. - Supervising & maintaining SQE standards (JCIA, DHCA, DHA) in laison with hospital Quality department. - Development & implementation of KPI/KRA. - Planning & executing yearly staff welfare program
