- Develop and execute a business plan and strategy that support business growth.
- Drive business transformation. - Meet sales cuotas for main IT providers (IBM, Cisco, Lenovo, Microsoft and others).
- Business planning and general management.
- Manage internal and external resources to meet business needs.
- Identify and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
- Research and analyze the feasibility of new products and services to ensure business goals.
- Work Force management, supervision and mentoring of a 11-person team.
