What does that entail? - Lead cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and marketers in all phases of product development, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
- Developing and executing comprehensive product strategies, including feature prioritization, roadmap planning, and go-to-market strategies, resulting in increased user engagement and revenue growth.
- Defining product vision, goals, and success metrics, regularly tracking and communicating progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Provide oversight of the product lifecycle, including product enhancements, feature updates, and bug fixes, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Continuously champion a Guest-centric approach by soliciting feedback through Guest testing, and surveys, driving product improvements and Guest satisfaction.
