Project managed full cycle of engagement surveys for 1,700 employees, in concert with external suppliers, including establishing survey goals, specifying survey topics, survey questions, weightings, demographic groupings, employee survey database population & verification process, internal communications strategy and execution. Coordinated survey rollout across time zones and cultures: UK, Ireland, Malta, Costa Rica and the Far East, to challenging timescales, including recruitment of local ‘survey champions’ to boost participation. planned and executed internal communications across the whole organisation, taking into account the political / cultural landscape to be navigated, and ensuring that multiple stakeholders were kept informed, involved and consulted appropriately. Developed comprehensive reporting suite process to directors, and managers. Ran survey results interpretation workshops for directors, managers and teams. 1-1 coaching for directors and managers where requested, to develop localised action planning.
