Responsible for developing the future vision of agency management, including operating model, strategic roadmap, and customer impact assessment.
➢ Advised a health solutions group on the future state products strategy including core competency definition, recommendation on a new custom technology platform and vendor selection process. Led workshops, stakeholder interviews and worked with key personnel from the operations, strategy and health solutions teams to identify pain points, value drivers, enablers and the to-be vision.
