Apr. 2020 - Apr. 2021Initially focussed on building the operations and tools to enable organisational growth. Subsequently expanded the role into looking at initiatives around organisational dev spanning across people, process, and infrastructure. After building the operation, processes, and tools foundations for Fable to grow, I looked into ways to develop the organisation leading on the people, process, and infrastructure. - Established and maintained a culture of continuous feedback and business improvement resulting in better collaborations among teams
- Created business growth strategies and implemented tactics to enable growth doubling in size year on year
- Defined and implemented company internal communications strategy to support both the business and employees resulting in a more streamlined communication process and managing expectations
- Sourced third-party suppliers and negotiated terms of business to support the business strategic partners into the business to ensure support in business-critical areas such as legal, HR, and recruitment. - Ensured required policies and insurances are in place for maintaining a safe and productive work environment, including remote working. - Developed and implemented all operational systems and procedures including employee handbook, associate job descriptions, incentive programs, and the correct policies to protect to give clarity to the business and the team. - Embedded the organisational culture within our systems and processes, internal communication, and engagement initiatives. - Managed the HR, talent acquisition, retention and learning, and development program requirements resulting in having the right talent in place for Fable’s growth - Developed our ‘Know-How’ information sharing capability between team members which facilitated the onboarding process of new employees - Supported and fostered employee wellbeing resulting in a positive employee experience.
