Worked collaboratively with wholesale, direct to consumer, legal, eCommerce, wine club, and restaurant teams. Led team members in defining brand design elements, business requirements, and technical aspects for the umbrella landing portal, subsites, and pages. • Developed an innovative Internet of Things (IoT) business strategy and project to design and implement a curated interactive winery experience available to customers visiting the winery through a mobile technology application. Conducted design research and identified Bluetooth and other sensing hardware and cloud infrastructure. Created overall user center and systems specifications and design. Interacted with vendors to identify and select appropriate beacons and other technology needs. • Lead a high-performance team of four direct reports and support the movement of team members to other departments for employees’ development. Oversee the quality of work, performance management reporting, salary decisions, and determination of job responsibilities. Prepared requests for proposals (RFPs) for outside development support on critical website attributes such as Americans with Disability Act (ADA) compliance.
