Aug. 2011 - Jan. 2020Washington DCAs the Service Manager I was responsible for running shifts, building team dynamics with the staff and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. Additionally, I developed new hire training as well as ongoing training for all front of house employees. I wrote fair balanced schedules for over 100 employees on a weekly basis. This role taught me so much about time management not only for myself but for my employees alike. I began with FRG as a server and was promoted from within to manager and then service manger. I spent 9 years growing and learning with them.
