As a simple decision-making tool, I find it very powerful in surfacing where there may be misalignment between personal and business goals. The outcome of going through Opportunity Matrix is to fully understand why certain opportunities should be pursued, and others put on the back burner of given to a manager or associate to develop for a share of the earnings. Overall, the whole ethos is: "More Profit, Less Hassle, More Joy" - for everyone in the business.
