hardware and supplies products. Support achievement of product line financial goals (revenue, gross margin, market share, and unit goals). Accurately project implied EMEA market share.Asses the market and establish promotions in order to maintain Market Share against competitors. Understand which segments is purchasing the product and develop customer insights to optimize product messaging. Drive product and channel distribution strategy in CEE. Drive product forecasting, pricing, new product introductions, allocation, end of life management, product escalations, future line-up planning. Develop accurate forecast for assigned product platforms, support deal exceptions, business optimization, revenue commitment, grey marketing mitigation, order management.
