The financial institutions ranged in asset size from $2B to $8B. These projects brought Alkami over $27M in TCV and over $5M in ARR. Additionally, I assisted with the rollout of PMO and strategic initiatives as the company moved from pre- to post-IPO including process enhancements and training of new hires. ---------- Alkami Technology provides cloud-based digital banking solutions for credit unions and banks. Its platform provides financial institutions with a complete digital banking solution ready to facilitate both retail and business user onboarding, engagement, and account servicing. Traveling for one year while maintaining a hectic work schedule and personal and professional relationships was a challenge. It was worth every moment.
