Use Webex remote desktop to help support self-hosted customers on any related problems with company software or servers. Setup/Maintain SFTP,FTPS,FTP sites using products such IpSwitch and FileZilla. Upgrade/Setup company and customer’s server hardware, operating systems, and software. To include: Database, Application/Web Based Servers. Install Network Operating Systems, system upgrades, and service packs. Install SQL Server Editions 2005-2014 and Windows Server OS Editions 2003-2012. Create Virtual Machines with products such as VSphere and Oracle VirtualBox. In charge of maintaining self-hosted customer backup system Enveloc, which includes 138 school districts. In charge of over $10,000 worth of IT equipment that includes wireless antennas, servers, routers, switches, cables, speaker systems, and netbooks used to setup conferences all across the country. Setup and maintain LANs for conferences up to 300+ people with the IT equipment provided. Develop and Support SQL scripts for customers and company, that are used to update/export data. Create and support maintenance plans for database servers to include backups, optimization, and truncating. Troubleshoot SQL related errors to include SQL profiling. Used the ticketing system Customer Wise on a daily bases to manage support calls.
