• Designed new programs, managed trainers, partnered with entire team to launch a new LMS, and virtually onboarded 900+ new dealers annually. • Facilitated and presented at all levels of the business; 1:1 leadership coaching, focus groups, in-person and online classrooms from 5 to 250+ learners, and presented on stages up to 5000+ attendees.
• Created the company's first Dealer Advisory Council, partnered with Sales and Marketing SVP to implement a “World Class” Executive Development initiative, and launched train-the-trainer programs for National sales team. • Managed annual execution of classroom break-out strategy for the annual “DIRECTV Revolution” convention, 90+ sales & marketing classes, educating 6000+ indirect dealers - hosted in cities across the U.S. and making DIRECTV an unstoppable sales force from the front lines up through the executive teams.
• Consistently hit sales and retention goals by leading Quarterly Business Reviews, securing KPI; leading sales teams, call centers, big-box retail partners, training consultants, instructional designers, and event producers.
• Spearheaded the launch of e-learning across National Retail Accounts and “Big Box” retailers; Best Buy, Sam’s Club, Walmart, and Costco to drive growth of 390+ subscribers annually.
• Program Manager of Multi-Cultural Business, drove profitable growth in the international channels, leading a $200MM (Pan- Asian, Brazilian, and Russian) acquisition and retention market strategy exceeding retention goals by 1K customers/mo.
