May. 2015 - Sep. 2015Singapore• Support the Global Mobility (GM) CoE model with the implementation of a regionally centralized, efficient and transparent GM approach for key customers with a focus on the delivery of Mondelez’s high standards.
• Ensure that the regional GM administration of expatriate packages, benefits, and prerequisites adheres to Mondelez’s GM policy, standards and procedures. • Manage the development of best practice operational standards that support GM processes, monitor and track the International Assignment population from assignment through to repatriation ensuring that policy, protection and compliance are met, especially in AP.
• Provide admin support for the preparation of assignment packages at all levels, particularly cost projections, balance sheets, and all other assignment related paperwork for: - Start of assignment, Repatriation letters, Assignment extensions - Supporting documentation for severance agreements - Repayment/loan agreements - Vendor management - Invoice management
• Initiate and assure completion of relocation activities with preferred vendors.
• Immigration: arrangement of work permits/visas
• Tax and social security support through KPMG
• Organizing cross-cultural and language lessons
• Managing relocation support (home finding, school registration, banking, medical coverage, and removal/storage)
• Co-ordinate expense and lease management for IAs with the local HR Solutions Team
• Ensure that expatriate database is up to date and reflects correct expatriate information.
• Projects designed to align procedures to help ensure consistency in interpretation and administration of Mondelez‘s GM policy.
