Reported to MD/CEO/BOD/Government’s Marketing Committee (Minister of Finance, Minister of Energy, Petroleum Authority) on periodical marketing and trading and JV performance. Direct reported to MD. 2) Steered a team of 9 employees, including expatriate, with overall accountability for strategy operationalization, day-to-day risk management, logistics and marketing, and trading across commodities, including crude and Master LNG Sale and Purchase Agreements), spot/term contracts negotiations, tender strategies/proposals/bid, product pricing, managing credit/finance/price/operational/country risks exposures, portfolio management, business development, operations, and logistics. 3) Foster continuous collaborative relationships and established and sustained strategic alliances with internal/external stakeholders, regulatory authorities, strategic partners, and financial institutions to synergize and share resources, information intelligence, best practices, and new regulations to impact the company’s interests and bottom-line profitability. 4) Shaped direction and assured key shareholders that risks are appropriately managed through the development and implementation of Risk Profiling and Enterprise-Wide Risk Management implementation, risk policy, guidelines, and risk controls and risk reports.
