Analysed customer insights data, reviewed research to close market gaps, create strategic action plans, and track brand performance(share of earned media, aided and unaided recall) against market shares & campaign performance (lead generation and conversion, SEM, CTR/CTO). Led strategy design for major areas like eMobility, F&B, Utilities, Transportation, Homes, Distributors Channel Partners, and Digital Services.
