Key tasks and responsibilities
•Planning and agreement of objectives, strategy and tactical plans for marketing comms in the US, Europe and APAC
•Ensure marketing is relevant in financial terms and is a key contributor to corporate growth globally
•Guardian of the brand globally, continually seeking to develop and optimise brand awareness and familiarity
•Co-ordination, art direction, copy writing and delivery of all direct marketing campaigns globally
•Develop a growth engine for the business, delivering integrated marketing communications to deliver on agreed objectives for demand generation purposes
•Ownership of the marketing relationship with Touchbase’s key global partners, Avaya and Cisco
•Plan and execute client/prospect events and seminars with strategic partners (Avaya and Cisco) to retain clients and generate leads
•Development of multi-channel marketing programs in line with agreed objectives, positioning and messaging
•Development of sales tools, including presentations, proposal templates, case studies, media kits & product sheets
•Management of the company’s PR , thought-leadership positioning/speaking and corporate communications
•Define and implement a customer communications strategy and market research studies to gain knowledge about user attitudes and behaviour
•Committed to on-line traffic-generating activities, audience acquisition and retention
