Well it still rains, however focussing on learning through fun sessions and a lot of game play with intro and retrospective commentary is the basis of what we do now. For me the biggest part of my working life as a software developer that I bring to the sessions is 'problem solving'. Teaching someone to hit a ball is relatively easy, however giving them the all tools to be able to decide themselves what sort of hit is going to be the best in a particular situation is far more important. Personally for me the biggest reward is seeing the teams I coach step up and play amazing hockey together. This year I am proud to be sponsored by Mercian hockey.

The CRM, website and intranet site, corporate tracking site all run simultaneously off the same SQL database to provide transparency of the day-to-day business for staff, customers and business partners alike.
