Nov. 2010 - Apr. 2014 Drove Medicaid business initiatives designed to optimize at-risk revenue and improve the member experience and a culture of achievement grounded in performance-based metrics and management.  Oversaw a “Best in Class” Pharmacy to increase medication adherence and compliance, which resulted in a 15% decreased medical spend and 10% increased pharmacy spend.  Spearheaded the Maternity Kick Payment (MKP) recovery research program which ensured processes existed to yield the highest possible financial return, maximize maternity revenue and newborn enrollment/retention and increased capitation payments. The program exceeded its $13.5M annual goal for recaptured payments and was named as a key strategic area on the Medicaid Roadmap.  Program lead for a team of twenty (20) members.
