Implementing these policies and ensuring their communication to employees was also part of my responsibility. * HR Administration: I managed various HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, handling documentation, overseeing leave management. * Employee Relations: I played a vital role in fostering a positive work environment by handling employee relations issues, addressing concerns, and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction. * Compliance and Legal Matters: I ensured that the organization adhered to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, mitigating potential risks and liabilities. * COVID Regulations Fulfillment: Given the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I was involved in implementing safety protocols, managing remote work arrangements, and supporting employees through this unprecedented time. * Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration with employees, management, and external partners were essential in my role to drive HR initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
