Apr. 2015 - Jan. 2018Took a left turn and went to work with some old friends in Kansas City, helping set up an indirect channel GTM model for a pre-acquisition SaaS-based GRC startup. Really learned about carrying a bag. Lockpath was acquired in 2019 by NAVEX Global.

I got a 'free' business school education from my two team leadership roles, focused on delivering SREV's BPO model for renewals and customer success ops on global SaaS & on-prem software engagements. ServiceSource was a proving ground for team building, people development and customer success skills that's matriculated dozens of high performing leaders across B2B cloud as well as industries outside of high tech. Experiencing an IPO was pretty cool too. ServiceSource was acquired in 2022 by Concentrix.
