Enable our HQ staff teams to support the network of 40 YA teams across England through line management and coaching practices Line managed 2 people full time and a team of 5 part time remote workers. Win new business with organisations to add value to their organisations through helping those organisations to value young people in their communities. The main achievements during my time in this role. - Co-creating with the network a development strategy to improve the operational performance of the network enabling greater opportunities for collaboration and sharing knowledge. - Increased monthly engagement reporting from our network of teams from 10% to 60% - Newsletter to 1800+ recipients went from 19 - 30% open rate with click rates 1.5 - 7% - Developed the commercialisation of a social media tool 'RoundUp' to generate around 18% of charities turnover after 2 years of development. - RoundUp generated a profit of around 20% each year. - Launched a new member benefits package to increase professional and learning opportunities and to reduce cost base of delivering our services by 15% - Directly trained around 500 people in 2015

In two projects the board added £75,000 value to the Group This has led to CEO of the Group, Richard Pennycook extending the remit, term and budget for the CYMB to oversee the way in which the group involves young people to strengthen the society We were active on social media as a way of sharing the work we were doing and beginning to engage with other younger members.
