We developed product roadmaps across 14 product lines. I also managed 2 P&Ls in addition to $31M CapEx/OpEx budget and integrated 150+ employee cross-functional team consisting of UX design, engineering architecture, engineering, analytics, marketing, people operations, communications, and store operations. Following are my select key accomplishments ⇨ Conceived and executed a 3-year strategic evolution of the shopper customer (digital and offline) experience, store customer experience (employee and franchisee) and tech stack to support strategy.

⇨Developed industry-based, competitive pricing methods which eliminated pricing delays and reduced discount requests.
⇨ Led third-party aggregator sales channels that delivered $44M in incremental revenue annually.
