Managing multiple, multi million pound projects simultaneously, from scoping to final handover, to deliver the long term strategic path for the global corporate network providing a foundation for the emerging technologies to develop and support the business demands. My role was to lead the global WAN migration, LAN Migration and standardisation along with the roll out of Global Wi-Fi deployment to support Skype for Business as well as other Wi-Fi enabled manufacturing systems. The delivery of the network portfolio required a high degree of stakeholder management to executive level, liaison with senior management within Greencore including presentations at executive level. During the role at Greencore I delivered the following projects
• MPLS migration from one supplier to another
• LAN Standardisation
• IP Schema Change Globally
• Integration of newly acquired companies and sites across UK and US
• Delivery of Global Wi-Fi solutions
• Dynamic VLAN assignment of all approved hardware I acted as the overall Group IT network project manager as a point of contact and authority on any network activity for projects across the 60 sites across the UK, Dublin and the US, problem management or pieces of demand work, managing the network transformation.
