We focused on market intelligence, industrial modeling and differential value propositions. Achievements:
• Business & Digital Transformation: I conceptualized, MVP'ed, engaged leadership support, secured funding, directed software development and implemented the largest global knowledge management system within the company, which standardized and operationalized market data collection from 8 industrial verticals across 173 countries. Our main internal customer was GE's Vice Chairman, who sourced instant market report outs from this tool. Moreover, it allowed top company leaders to better understand global markets with a standard approach for the first time, uncovering +10Bn USD of additional business opportunities on a consistent basis, clearly linked to required actions and company owners. • Global & Emerging Markets Knowledge: Strongly contributed to develop expenditure models for several industries (Power, Oil&Gas, Water, Transportation, Healthcare, Aviation, Lighting and Grid) in order to enable real market knowledge, develop differential value propositions and set up commercial activation plans and sales initiatives with commercial teams in Latin America, Africa, Europe, Middle East and Asia. • NG Market Deep Dive Standard: Developed a standard on mapping the future Natural Gas accessibility for a potential distributed power market in Mexico, in order to assess cogeneration opportunities in the country and position GE for future growth. This standard was used as a reference in other countries.
