● Developed a comprehensive case study, designed change management, communication, and training plans.
● Provided leadership to a diverse team including members from commercial and functional areas, as well as external consultants.
● Successfully implemented Finance, Controlling, Services, Projects, Sales, and Logistic SAP modules E-Commerce Project / Interdisciplinary team of 10 members (users and external consultants).

● Implementation of QlikView dashboards (SAP as a data source). o Single source of truth for commercial information across the 26 business lines. o Sales and budget analysis, and sales and gross profit targets. o KPIs (Key performance indicators) for inventory, accounts receivable, and credits.
