Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and best practices.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients, showcasing the agency's work and results.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty.
