Professional Summary:
A dedicated executive leader serving as the Office Director for the Kartika Soekarno Foundation (KSF), a prominent non-profit organization focused on enhancing education and health outcomes, with a specific emphasis on maternal and child health. With over 20 years of institutional experience, I oversee complex nationwide projects aimed at revitalizing community health centers (Posyandu) and early childhood education (PAUD) across Indonesia.

National Health Revitalization: Managed the "Posyandu Revitalization Program" across 9 regencies from Western to Eastern Indonesia (including Sumatra, Java, Bali, NTT, and NTB). Women Empowerment & Volunteer Training: Lead strategic initiatives for women's empowerment by developing comprehensive training programs for community volunteers, who serve as the backbone of local healthcare support.
Current Strategic Project (Bali): Currently directing a critical water infrastructure project in water-scarce regions of Bali. This involves constructing sustainable wells and sanitation systems while actively fostering the "Gotong Royong" (communal cooperation) spirit to ensure long-term community ownership and sustainability.
Large-Scale Impact: Contributed to KSF’s success in reaching over 133,000 children through the revitalization of approximately 300 Posyandu and 240 PAUD centers, significantly improving health and nutrition statistics in each region.
