Setting new price structure by offering fixed price commissions fee instead of the traditional basis points over the traded volume. Hiring, training and managing the Trading/help desk team in order to support both on-line and over the phone trades as well as the pre-sales team. Also participated in the development of trading interfaces that connected with one Brazil's major public traded Bank in order to service them with automated connection to Bovespa's matching engines. This tool is now used by all BDs that service this Bank to this end.
