. Design and implementation of the strategy of sales, distribution and support for the digital content products. With this strategy, a growth of 326% was achieved for the digital product in Colombia, Peru and Ecuador ―2012 vs. 2013― . Design and implementation of the strategy to increase the usage of the digital platforms offering content as a service. With this strategy, a growth from 30% to a 55% was achieved in two months’ time, which was also an assurance for a repurchase.
