Nov. 2019 - Jan. 2021Greater New York City AreaI have managed multiple locations within New York State simultaneously (acting District Manager) I was the Kiosk Manager in Oceanside NY (Long Island) where I engaged my team to take the location from the bottom 25 performer (in the country) to a top 25 performer. The metrics used were based upon budgets (quotas) for phones sold, pro plans, accessories, and gross profit dollars (GPD's). GPD's measure how much revenue and resulting profits come into the company. Even when phone sales were at or just below the monthly budget, I created a sales system that increased overall GPD's the most salient metric used. I managed the Brooklyn Wireless Advocates location inside Costco; this location is the top 2 busiest location in the 13 warehouse District. My location is the training hub for the Manhattan and Long Island City location as well. I, along with my team took us to the top 3 sales performance in March 2019 in terms of % above budget and the second-highest overall sales in the District. Prior to this, the location had not made budget for a year. I came back to the Oceanside location after there were issues with quality control and operations management. I corrected paperwork, auditing errors and took the kiosk once again, out of the bottom 25 sales in the country.
