Hostworks had deep relationships with major global technology providers, including Microsoft, IBM, Google and Amazon. I led the re development of Hostworks services, adding a digital development, cloud architectural practice and advanced analytics practice and returned the business to profitability. As an executive hired to turn the business around from stagnation I developed and executed a company wide transformation strategy that addressed product, staffing, customer service operations, financing, marketing operations and go to market execution. I led the sale (Hostworks was owned by BAI) of the company to a publicly listed Australian telecommunications company.

With a staff perimeter of over 2500 staff and budget responsibility in the hundreds of millions of Euros, I built and operated broadcast, post production, creative and technical media services operations globally. Locations where I had leadership responsibility of teams and services included, London, Leeds, Paris, Amsterdam, Los Angeles, Denver, Singapore, Atlanta, New York, Bangalore, New Delhi and other sites. I conducted business development in other global sites. I was responsible for leading global leaders in group broadcast businesses, responsible for the global delivery of over 350 TV channels to demanding client requiring state-of the-art technology and operating practices I had hands on leadership of largest pitches and business development activities. Commissioned Executive Sponsor of the Technicolor Continuous Improvement Programme at height of GFC, during a very challenging time for the business delivering resized operations, reducing operating cost by EURO 52m in year 1 and recurring reduction fo ~EURO 10 m per annum. Responsible for creation, maintenance and execution of rolling infrastructure roadmap, supporting business and client needs. I worked on M & A strategy and had responsibility for integration strategy and execution , divisional research and development and capital planning and operational finance strategy. I was responsible for facility and technology design and build. I participated in many corporate Technicolor interdivisional committees, including global operations, finance, R & D and investor relations committees.
