Mar. 1956Boulder, ColoradoWisdom crieth without; she uttereth her voice in the streets: She crieth in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates: in the city she uttereth her words, saying, “How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity, and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge? Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you. Book of Mishlei (Proverbs)1:20-23 I totally relate to this quote - I resemble it too. I act out on the streets, in the coffee shops, from the podium, stage or pulpit. I plea through the ethers, editorials, and educational institutions for humanity to wake up, realize that we're not the ultimate pinnacle of creation, and that detachment is not a sustainable way of life. Through my business seminars and coaching, I work with CEO's and Executives to envision a more caring work environment, to work in the most ethical way possible, and to counsel from the wisdom of world religions on the sacredness of work. Oh, and as a result; retention goes up, the bottom line is improved, ROI is a community effort, and passion soars to new heights! My passion for HeartMath™ Tools and Techniques is contagious, and I have helped many people enter the realms of coherence and add their strength and power to the grid of the Earth. I also advocate for a Caring Economy - and I educate anyone who will listen about the work of the Center for Partnership Studies. I fully admit that I fell in love with Dr. Riane Eisler (http://rianeeisler.com/about/) upon finishing her book, The Chalice and the Blade, and encourages all to read her definitive text: The Real Wealth of Nations and join in the discussion! I love Lusitano horses and work as a horse masseuse with Cavalia®. As an equine-assisted therapist I have worked with teenage boys with autism, US Veterans suffering from trauma, and people moving through the challenges of cancer. Massaging horses pays my barn fees!
