- Designed 10 years business operational strategy
- Increased annual sales +3% by new sales channels strategy implementation (Ecommerce through existing plattforms such us Linio - Fallabela.com -, Daffiti, Mercado Libre, etc).
- Developed and implemented new business alliances with retail brands such us L'oreal and vogue.
- Developed business integration with Suppla (DHL Supply Chain) in order to create new inventory management, logistics and distribution capabilities.
- Leaded transitional distribution center & reveverse logistics warehouse construction. +100.000 sqf, WMS implementation, Pick and pack automation.
- Improved last mile operations through new local deliveries strategy, +10 Crossdock nationwide plattforms implemented, TMS and digital order tracking implementation.
- Implemented opperational new data structure, BI Strategy, cloud and governance to warrantee business opperational continuity (Tableau and splunk implementation)
- Attained 20% opex reduction through strategic alliances and operational redesign.
- Reduced 15% inventory levels by an improved inventory management and new commercial strategies.
- Increased inventory accuracy from 90% to 99%
- Developed logistics certification program with RH and goverment educational institutions for logistics and operations employees.
