Dec. 2021Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex · Remote- Led the build and rollout for an extensible, fungible, rule based matching system that allows for candidate applications to be submitted to hospitals within 5 minutes of application being received by an agency. - Achieved an operational cost reduction of 70%+ where the active time spent on reviewing an application went from 15 minutes to under 4 minutes. - Created 180,000 + matches between jobs available and applicants daily and helped target them The core automation piece I led and built from ground up is Nomad's brain. It is used not just in reviewing and submitting applications but also in qualifying and all users to find the right jobs for them, targeting the, based on these qualified matches, preferences and intent and driving down operational costs as that is done.

These were aimed at finance professionals who use the Microsoft Office suite and need functionality over and above what is provided by Microsoft. Productivity Tools are available to premium customers of Thomson Reuters Eikon for Microsoft Office and while not sold separately, the revenue attributable to Productivity Tools alone based on analysis of pricing of similar products would be in excess of $400,000 yearly by the end of 2016. We’ve seen the user numbers grow in excess of 300% in 2015 and are expecting the growth to be more than 100% over in 2016 over the 2015 numbers. - I am currently working on transforming an end user specific product to an open platform which will provide users all the interactivity they need in Microsoft Office and act as an enabler for Application developers to provide functionality in the Microsoft Office space through WebApps. - I am also building collaboration solutions for Thomson Reuters Eikon which will provide users the ability to work like a team collaboratively while ensuring that they remain compliant and compliance officers get all the information they need. - I am well versed with the Agile development process. I've worked with teams across the globe and customers from both big and small clients with unique needs. I have worked with User Interaction design teams and have used some rapid prototyping tools. - I have also worked on creating a solution to Single Sign On solution in Thomson Reuters Eikon and in the process helped save a multi million dollar contract from one of their largest clients.
