Delivering on time migration and ensuring all financial objectives were met or exceeded. US Based Software Vendor: Internal IT Optimisation and restructuring. Utilising a survey and interview methodology to identify IT service strengths and gaps across each strata of the organisation. We restructured service teams and processes to deliver more effectively.
