Sep. 2018 - Dec. 2019Omaha, NebraskaAs the Director of Quality Improvement and Compliance, I serve as an inspiring leader who provides strategic, operational, and thought leadership to support the CRCC mission. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with leaders to envision, develop, and implement the organization’s quality, program evaluation, and compliance plan
2. Oversees the direct operations of the QI and Compliance department
3. Organize and direct the quality, safety, and compliance committees and key strategic QI initiatives
4. Facilitate, develop, and implement special projects as needed.
5. Oversees and performs quality measurement, data reporting, and holds staff and departments accountable for collecting data and administering outcome instruments.
6. Establish quality measurement and improvement activities, including methods to track implementation of action plans 7. Lead reporting and communication of quality improvement initiatives, quality and safety awareness, and safety culture survey administration
8. Write, revise, and organize the organizational policy and procedures.
9. Collaborate with leadership and staff to ensure standards are met for CARF accreditation, and all other regulatory bodies. 10. Participate in incident cause analyses and debriefings
11. Monitor the effectiveness of corporate compliance program.
12. Develop and deliver corporate compliance training to all staff. 13. Serve as the Learning Management System Administrator
14. Collect and Organize data for program evaluation
15. Write data reports and make recommendations based on data
