As a Director at KPMG US, I lead and perform financial due diligence for clients across diverse industries, including telecommunication, chemical, oil and gas, and consumer markets. With over 12 years of international experience in deal advisory and auditing, I have managed more than 60 engagements, involving complex and multi-billion-dollar cross-border transactions for Fortune 500 firms. I hold a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credential and a master's degree in political science. In addition to my role at KPMG US, I am also an Investor Fellow at VU Venture Partners, a multi-stage investment fund focused on various industry verticals. I support deal sourcing, review pitch decks, conduct due diligence and financial modeling, and develop investment thesis and strategy. I am passionate about accelerating the growth and success of key portfolio clients and exploring new opportunities in emerging markets. My mission is to leverage my corporate finance and valuation skills, as well as my M&A expertise, to create value for both the investors and the entrepreneurs.
